Our room was cute and homey with yellow tiles in the bathroom. I liked that the property was motel style because we had quick access to our car. My constructive feedback is that the TV was too small and I had to walk to the front desk to get a hair dryer.

This place was one of the cheapest hotels to stay in for the U of M football game. It needs an overhaul. Bathroom was clean but old 1950’s tile that needed regrouting. Small kitchenette which I don’t think they need. Had a double bed I’m used to queen beds. I will not stay again. Although it was cheaper to stay , it was not worth the savings.

On the 2nd night of our stay we discovered there was a water leak coming from the bathtub that leaked into our room. On the third night the leak was discovered to leak out more water into the room. We couldn’t believe the extremely poor condition of the room. Our room didn’t even get cleaned up on our 3rd day of our stay. Very disappointed!!!

Fair Price Solid Location

For being in a college town with not a lot of available options, the price was fair. Definitely outdated on all the room amentities, but appreciated the continental breakfast, water power of the shower and the proximity to the campus.

It's a good motel for the category it's in. It's old and run down. However, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has air conditioning. We stayed for a UofM football game, and it's close to the stadium. So I'd stay there again, but probably only during a football game, as they were much more affordable than places like Hampton or Holiday Inn during football weekend.

We had a room for two, but had to ask for an additional bath towel everyday. Front desk was very responsive to our request and provided an additional towel. The continental breakfast was not enough for all guests to have a full choice of items.

Overall the rooms were not clean. They were fairly run down. They smelled. Towels were old and fairly dingy. For close to $200 a night, I'd expect more.

I legitimately have never left a review anywhere but this place is vile, it smells so gnarly in every room and the rooms have lots of mold. The photos are not accurate. I booked for 3 nights and they did refund my second 2 after complaining and leaving which was the only positive... that i could get out of there without getting scammed for 2 more nights.
