Great location

I have beer coming to AMI for many years and love staying in the North end. This house is near everything we love about the area. Walking distance to the beach and short car ride or bike ride to AMI pier, Rod and Reel and all the great shops on Pine St. Pool area was great and my grandchildren spent most of their time out there. Also loved being g on the canal. Great getaway

Ok folks, the place is perfect for traveling on a budget with a family of 5. Compartively speaking, this place is a great deal for the area and the size of the home. Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable and had plenty of room in this 3 bedroom house. Overall, the price accurately reflects the lack of maintenance of the property. I left a list at checkout that the following needs repair: Back screen door latch (you get locked out if it shuts behind you) Dishwasher leaks water Rollers on sliding door need grease (very hard to open/close) Master bath shower head NEXT - note in the master shower that the only knobs that REALLY matter are the middle two. One has red/white lines on it (this is for temp), the one on the right turns it on and off. If you are adventurous, feel free to have fun with the other knobs. For the Roku - when you power on the TV, it will have an error message. Hit the (home) button on the roku remote and it clears the error. Also note that if youre staying a whole week, youll need to purchase more toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. They provide a small amount of these items. Id definitely stay here again. Very good value, but some quirks!

Coconut Tree - so comfortable!

Our family of five and a plus one rented Coconut Tree for Thanksgiving Week. It was a perfect space for us. The house is really comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood is on a canal and super quiet. The amenities were great too - beautiful pool, laundry, private 1/2 bath, beach supplies, even a bike. And the management company, Vacasa, was super responsive to our requests. Note: master bath shower is complicated but quite cool. Thanks for a great week! Highly recommend!

Bad service

House didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first few days of a one week stay. I had to reach out to customer service, had spectrum come to the house and let them in. It took them over an hour to fix, and that took a lot of time out of our honeymoon, and I lost a couple days of work from not having Wi-Fi. I reached out to Vacasa many times, and none of the reps seemed to know what was going on, and they offered me a small refund which I never even got. I will not be booking with any house that is run by Vacasa again

House needs some updates. There was a ant problem, they were all along the kitchen and across the top of the walls in the living room. All the fishing rods in the house were broken

We loved everything about this house. Very short walk to the beach! We only wish there had been a smart TV inside the house.

Great spot in AMI. House is a little dated, but short walk to beach made it ideal for spring break! Would stay here again!
