Walk down to Pine Avenue for shopping, restaurants, and freshly baked donuts. There is space for three cars to park in the driveway.

Spend relaxing mornings in the sun of your backyard, where a private pool is surrounded by tropical foliage - this is what island life is all about! Sip coffee, read a book, and play fetch with Fido (please note a 25-pound limit and small, nighty pet fee). Meals are easy to whip up in the fully equipped kitchen, and a gas grill is perfect for preparing fresh-caught fish. After a full day, relax with a DVD on the flatscreen TV or surf the free WiFi for activities to do tomorrow!

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 22 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
