Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it

This is an outstanding property! It lacks some quality kitchen “tools” “utensils” whatever you would call it. Was very difficult to cook! Needs better pots, pans, KNIVES for sure. Other than that, loved it!

Anna Maria’s Finest may only be pretty good!
Let’s start with the good. The home itself has a beautiful layout with a fabulous expansive pool/hot tub area with lots of deck seating and pool toys. There is a gas grill for cooking and a large table and chairs for 6 person dining. There is also a full bath with a roomy shower, a second refrigerator and kitchen sink in the outdoor kitchen area next to the pool. The main kitchen is large and includes plenty of items to cook your favorite meals with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and large kitchen sink. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large dining room for inside meals. There are two large living areas that can accommodate a large group for watching TV, listening to music or just relaxing. The three bedrooms are plenty large and the beds are comfortable. The two inside full bathrooms are small but very functional. There are many TVs throughout the home and multiple streaming services are available. There are two garages, one full of all kinds of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The other has a nice washer dryer and still plenty of room to park your car inside. Overall the layout of this house is awesome. Anna Maria Island is very walkable and this home does not disappoint for location. It is in a quiet residential area within 2 blocks of the beautiful sand beaches and 2 blocks of the concentration of fun shops and restaurants. Great location
The location of this home is wonderful. The home itself needs some work. The lanai area is fabulous! The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Unfortunately, the home itself was not as great. The beds are very hard, the kitchen is not well appointed and the supplies that are there are subpar. The dining room table only accommodates 4 even though there are three bedrooms. There are plenty of beach chairs to use which was very nice.

Very poor Vacasa service
We stayed at a property in Florida and it was noticeably unclean when we arrived as well as no AC. We were busy with a family wedding the first 24 hours of our stay and noticed it was very hot in house but gave the AC about 24 hours hoping it was slowly coming to temp. Finally had time to call the host (in this case Vacasa), but had to call 4 different times and ended up waiting over 24 hours to get someone to come out and get the AC going(it was hot out!) They did refund the cleaning fee as well as a few hundred dollars to compensate for the air-conditioning but that was after insistence on my part, not good customer service on their end. I still don’t feel adequately compensated- had no AC over half our stay, and cleanliness issues- but have given up with any more results through Vacasa property management. Also, I would add the property is generally in disrepair (that is not shown in photos) and needs a good amount of maintenance. I would love some compensation from VRBO and feel like I need to leave this very detailed review to warn other potential guests to this property. Let me know if there is anything you can offer beyond what Vacasa did( we got roughly $400 back for our stay)

Good time but Small bathrooms
We had a great time with family and enjoyed the house and pool! Please be aware the inside bathrooms are very small, the outside shower is bigger but kinda inconvenient, my hubby is 6'5" and had to use it. Other than the age of the property, its nice and the pool area is great!

House was clean, on a quiet street, near restaurants and beach. The dock was great for our boat with easy access to the gulf. The kitchen lacked measuring cups, can opener and steak knives but we we able to pick those up at the store. The beds were comfortable and and the air conditioner cooled the home perfectly. The pool area could use a good pressure washing but the pool was maintained properly by the pool service. We enjoyed the pool and gas grill for cooking. The outside bathroom was wonderful for rinsing and washing off after a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another vacation on AMI!

Very Disappointing Experience
Cute place in a decent location. But in desperate need of maintenance. Bathroom fans squealed so loud that you couldn't turn the lights on without disturbing the whole house. Back doors have pool safety alarms, which wouldn't be a big deal if the back doors were working normally. They were so hard to open and close that the alarm goes off every time - and its loud. They also left no bedding for the fold out bed which we discovered at 11pm and had to drive to a store and buy our own. The worst part was we got no communication or response for many attempts to contact Vacasa. I've never actually left a bad review before in my life, but this was unacceptable.

overpriced, no heat in pool, many problems
This trip started out poorly due to vacasa(property manager). I was called so that I could check in early. I never asked for that. I arrived after the call to find the cleaning crew still there and told me to leave. Ugh The A/C didn't work. I had to call 3 times on 3 different occasions to repair it. There is even a sign on the unit stating it has problems. Fix it. There was a refrigerator in the living room. Weird. The refrigerator in the kitchen didn't work either. Maintenance crews just walked in as they please with out even ringing the bell. What???? The main reason for renting this property was the heated pool. Unfortunately the heater was not working and we came to find out that they knew about it a month and never fixed it. We couldn't even use the pool or jacuzzi because it was sooo COLD! The outside area by the pool was filthy. It looks like they never clean it. The beds are rock hard and my neck and back hurt every morning. One bedroom is the size of a closet. Overall a terrible experience at this property. I would NEVER stay here again! I want a refund!!!

Decking and fans in pool area need replacing. Fans are filthy and rusted. The decking is badly stained nd chipping close to entry and table area. Inside furniture is stained, dirty, and faux leather clutch cushions are peeling. Kitchen is very nice. There is a wine cooler but locked so you can't use it. There are 3 bathrooms but one is outside in pool area. The other two are small. One is a small jack n Jill that is shared. The beds were comfortable. The best part was being on the canal, hot tub and being 2 block from the beach

House was great! Only bad part was the air was not working when we arrived. We called and had to wait on hold for almost 2 hours but finally got someone to come out (even on a Sunday at 9:00 at night). So thank you so much!! For future renters make sure you bring your own salt and pepper as there was none. Also there was no foil or plastic wrap. Our kids loved the pool and the lanai was great! My husband fished off the dock so he enjoyed that. The third bathroom which is in the lanai was air conditioned and nice to have by the pool! Rented scooters from Robinhood rentals and had a great time riding around the island. Would recommend this house! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Family Vacation on Anna Maria Island
We had a great stay at this rental. The space was large and clean. The pool was huge (and warm) and the location was convenient to everything on the island. The rental company, Vacasa, had several offices on the island. We had an issue on the first day with the garbage disposal, and they came out to fix it promptly. The bathrooms could use some updating. We changed one of the shower curtain liners because it was moldy, although I imagine Vacasa would have done it if we asked. They left us with some shampoos, soap, small dish washing liquid, and a packet of laundry detergent, but not enough for the week. There were NO dry staples in the house, such as salt & pepper, sugar packets, etc, which would have been nice. Also no can opener...which we had to also buy. An overall nice trip to AMI. We hope to return some day.

Very nice house well furnished. However, the listing said "heated pool". The pool was not heated and cold. Repeated calls the the listing's management (VACASA) 24/7 line when we arrived were not returned. Calls to the local office were answered with "push the button" which turned on circulators but no heat. The only reason for selecting this property was that it offered a "heated pool". We were not happy campers!

Outdoor kitchen did not work, screens were missing from pool in closure, the pictured boat lift was not for “guest” use. Pool heater stayed on so it was a constant 90+ degeees. Beds were horrible. Main refrigerator didn’t even keep drinks cold. Beach access was nice and the house was roomy and open. There was a dead fish behind outdoor refrigerator smell on patio was terrible.
