Modern chalet with a unique view directly on the ski slope

The new, bright and cozy chalet is located above Annaberg and thus in the middle of the Dachstein-West ski area (see below) at an altitude of 900m. The preferred location of the chalet not only opens up a unique panoramic view of the slopes and peaks of the ski region, but also enables you to put your skis on and off directly at the front door (ski in & out, ski storage next to the front door).

The chalet, built over three floors in the slope, welcomes you with a spacious hallway with a ski boot dryer. From there it goes into the cozy, open-plan living-dining area with a modern fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher), dining area with corner bench and cozy living area with swiveling fireplace and cable TV, as well as direct access to the south-facing wooden terrace.

The bright and open stairs lead from the living room to the sleeping areas on the upper and lower floors.
On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony on the mountain side and a ski slope, a comfortable bathroom with a tub and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed.
In the basement you will find a bedroom with exit to another terrace and double bed, a bathroom with washing facilities, washing machine and dryer, a sauna with shower and another smaller bedroom, also with a double bed. There is ample closet and storage space in all bedrooms.

The chalet has enough space for up to 8 adults, two families with children or a large family to provide unforgettable days in the Salzburg Dolomites. Enjoy the indescribable view of the snow-covered peaks, plenty of skiing or extensive hiking or mountain bike tours in the beautiful surroundings of the Salzbuger Dolomites.

A new 8-person gondola (Donnerkogelbahn) leads to the large family ski area Dachstein-West. The 'freeride' ski school is also located directly at the gondola station and also offers childcare.
