Bel hôtel

Séjour d'une nuit en famille à Annapolis. Nous avions réservé deux chambres : l'une avec un lit king et l'autre avec 2 lits queens. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le parking est payant. Pas de petit-déjeuner inclus mais des possibilités de manger de bons breakfasts dans les environs.

Annapolis Boat Show 2024

Our initial room was terrible. There was an outdoor band that was part of the boat show sharing our back wall. Our entire room was vibrating. You couldn’t see outside our window. A large tarp over it, with various outdoor furniture stacked up against the window halfway up. A trickle of water from the shower head. I complained, they gave us a new room which was much better. 3.5 star. Overall definitely not what I expected from autograph mariot property

Housekeeping staff didn't clean the rooms properly. Found used dental floss on the floor. Toiletries went empty in the shower. Took hours to get a refill. Area floods during heavy rain. Way overpriced during football weekends

Perfect setting right on waterfront. Surrounded by water, history, shopping, dining. So much to offer especially if you enjoy the water & crab. Stayed for work- meetings. Even catered meals were great compared to other places. Staff was all friendly, very professional & helpful. Comfortable, appealing location!

Somewhat disappointed

For $350 +/night we would have expected room service to freshen the room. Instead we came back after 8 hours away from our room to find no fresh towels, bed still unmade, and the waters and coffees had not been replaced. The front desk wasn't sure why the room had not been cleaned and didn't even know if any staff were in site. We eventually received some towels but no waters or coffees for in in room coffee maker
