There was food left on the nightstand of our room from previous tenants and the hot water did not work. Called the front lobby to fix the hot water and they never did. Spoke to them about it during check out and all they said was “we apologize”. I would not stay here again.

Way too loud
We were on the second floor and there was a loud party in the conference center. Guests of the party were in and out of our hallway, slamming doors, and talking and yelling very loudly until about 1am. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. We had to be up at 5am so didn’t sleep at all. We also didn’t have hot water in the morning to shower, which probably ended up working out well because the cold shower helped to wake us up.

Beds and shower are nice, though property really shows its age and needs a major refurbishment. Floors, carpets, low ceilings, bathroom door doesn't actually shut etc...... Would stay here again if getting a good deal, but for the price I paid ($250 total for one night) would not come back here.
