Perfect for a Couple's Getaway

I booked the trip to celebrate an anniversary weekend away with my husband. The property came up through a Yelp review so I checked it out. I was impressed with the location, the detail to cleanliness, and the commitment to the environment. Once I booked the room, the innkeepers were very helpful in offering things to do and places to eat, as well as offering to help make our anniversary stay more memorable. Once we arrived, Cory took the time to greet us as we came in and share some of the local history and sights with us. We checked out some of the sites and places recommended for meals and were not disappointed. The area is beautiful and our room was perfect for our needs. The room was quiet, and although we're sure others were staying at the inn, we did not hear them. When we checked out, Josalyn took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and to check in regarding our stay. Overall, the innkeepers are very kind and attentive. We will be back for future visits.

Our hostess Josalyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. The house itself was quite lovely, cozy and well cared for. We will definitely go back.

Hmmm ... sorry, just finding that this review was not responded. Marguerite, we are also sorry that you and Tony were less than happy with your stay at our newly renovated, family owned and operated B&B. We happily accommodated your early arrival without the early arrival charge. But we suppose you were unhappy with the cleaning fee that we assessed when we found that you left red wine stains on the brand new sheets (first time in use), mattress pad, pillow case and quilt. We did our best to remove the stains, but unfortunately were not successful.
