I would love to go back!!
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the cabin, it was clean and well kept. Google maps led us astray, but I called the owner and she got us right there. I loved the location, but wish it wasn’t such a long gravel road to get there. I’ll still go back anyway!

Cabin is equipped with everything one needs, AC works great, clean & an amazing porch to sit and enjoy family!

Unplugged and unbothered

Jeff’s canoe rental does put in at the gravel bar at the end of the road so you may encounter sever school buses on that road if they are coming or going, and that can be difficult trying to pass.
One thing to clarify: some reviews mention “private river access” even though the listing itself does not. This is NOT PRIVATE. You should NOT expect to go to the river and not see anyone else drive down to the gravel bar and set up. You may get lucky and not encounter anyone else except those floating on the river, but certainly don’t count on it!

Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWonderful place to stay while kayaking the Black River. Clean, well stocked, super communication from the host. If you are looking for a very quiet cabin and the serenity of the woods, look no further.
