No air con cuz they say aircon won’t be on around September. WiFi sucks may be all China hotels are like that unless you go the American run style hotel.

Wonderful surprise.

We were really surprised. An absolutely lovely hotel...first class all the way. Great check in and service from staff...concierge spoke excellent English and was so helpful. The room was large, luxurious, and spotless. The hotel was right in the center of town with plenty of nice restaurants, a great market, and the metro within a block or two. The city has lots of green space. We have been traveling for six weeks now in China and Anshun so far has been our favortie.

The room is clean and comfortable. Must compliment the service at front desk. I had problem connecting my laptop to wifi as it required wechat account, which I didn't have on the laptop. On informing the reception staff of this matter, an IT personnel was sent to my room within half an hour and he brought in a modem and worked quickly to provide me a seamless connection, which was very much appreciated.
