Exceeded expectations
This was a great stay. Comfortable bed. Appealing room and very accommodating with the couple of requests we had. The free breakfast included was quite good and the lunch we had there was even better and prices were more than reasonable. And it was in a great location in the old town.

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Kaleieci Lovey hosts Lovely breakfast ( a pot of coffee instead of a single cup would have been nice) Gorgeous home made bread Very clean and modern Absolutely recommend We will be back xxx

Was not as expected.
They did not keep the room we booked which was a four beds room (we checked in a bit late but i called the hotel to ask if thats ok and they said yes). Instead of giving us an extra room they put a third bed in the room which was not comfortable at all. The receptionist was respectful and helped to find a solution, the rooms were ok, nice decoration and clean.

Otelin yeri çok güzeldi. Çok merkeziydi ve heryere ulaşım kolaydı. Personeller çok iyi ve yardımcılardı. Ama odada kıyafetleri koymak için dolap yoktu. Saç kurutma makinesi ve buzdolabı çalışmıyordu.Klima önce çalışmıyordu ama onardılar.Tek kullanımlık terlik de yoktu.Ama genel olarak memnun kaldık. The location of the hotel was very nice. Transportation to everywhere was easy. The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. But there was no closet in the room to put our clothes. The hair dryer and refrigerator were not working. The air conditioner was not working at first, but they fixed it. There were no disposable slippers either. But overall it was clean and we were satisfied.

Oppholdet var greit, renholdet var heller dårlig. Dusjen var dårlig vasket, vannkoker og 2 kopper på rommet. Koppene var brune inni etter kaffe 😠 Vi ble skulle få frokost kl 08.00 den kom ikke før kl 08.45 så det ble lite mat, da taxi kom kl 09.00

Noisy. Don't stay in the economy room
The economy room in the ground floor is tiny with no windows. The walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations from guests in the rooms upstairs and in the corridor area. We found three dead cockroaches on the floor in the room.

The staff were all wonderful; friendly, accommodating, warm, helpful! The hotel is in a really vibrant part of old town Antalya so if you’re looking for quiet, don’t book in Old Town. I changed the location of my room and had peaceful nights the remainder of my days.

My family and I stayed at Casa Franco for a few days and we loved it. It is cozy, and staff is beyond friendly and helpful, we felt safe with our daughter in a separate room from us. The hotel is 10 mins from Mermerli beach, shopping center and a bunch of restaurants right at your door step. Would come back again with my family soon, hopefully next year.
