Publié le 23 sept. 2020 sur HotelsSéjour magnifique en famille dans cet établissement. Belle infrastructure. Bien entretenu. Très bon service en général . Room service peu réactif par moment. Équipe dynamique à l écoute malgré des difficultés d’anglais. Ismael grace à son écoute client essaye d’améliorer les prestations de l’hôtel. Très fort potentiel pour cet hôtel. Et peut encore mieux faire dans l avenir à mon avis.

Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay.
The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed.
Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive.
The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances.
Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and quality of service made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples seeking luxury and ease.
The VIP experience is well recommended.

Geceliği en pahalı süitte bağımsız villada kaldık, İstanbul da Beşiktaş’taki evimden daha gürültülü, otel ana kapısına 35mt mesafede oturuyorum, güvenlik ile servis şoförlerinin hal hatır sohbetlerinin içinde oturup, sabah 5:30 gibi çöp kamyonunun geri vites sesiyle uyanmak isterseniz geceliğine 1700 eur ödeyip kalabilirsiniz . Diğer standart odalar ve konaklayan profili, otel personelinin sorunlara yaklaşım şekli oldukça düşük seviyede , kapalı çarşı esnafı tarzında. Kesinlikle yıldızlarını hak etmeyen bir otel

As someone who was looking for a summer vacation with my little family, I must say that IC Hotels Residence did not disappoint!
This was our first time in Antalya and we were looking for a resort with a blend between fun for the children and relaxation for the adults and I am delighted to know we made the right choice! We stayed in the calm and serene Lake Villa (Duplex), which had access to a shared pool with 2 bedrooms and a living area. The Villa was spacious and maintained to a good standard daily and the pool was perfect for us for a morning swim.
As a guest of the Residence, we also had access to the IC Green Palace and this was great for us as it allowed the kids to enjoy all the facilities, such as the aqua parks, beach, snack bars as well as Kids clubs and evening theatre performances (which by the way is hugely underestimated!). Ice cream and cold/hot drinks are never too far away as everything is available within reach.
If you're good with noise well into the night and crowds of people throughout the day then IC Green Palace is still a very good option. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, away from all the noise and a more refined and sophisticated experience, then I would suggest spending the extra to stay at the Residence.
The perks of the residence include things like access to the amazing Mavi restaurant (great selection of food with a more refined elegance) and 24/7 bar, on sight pool, relaxation sauna and hamam area etc. We will go again, highly recommend!
