Pour : Bien situé dans la vielle ville d'Antalya, superbe cour intérieure pour prendre le petit-dejeuner ou pour la piscine.
Contre : La chambre était un peu petite, mais nous avions optez pour la chambre standard.
Emplacement : Très bien situé au coeur de la vielle ville
Excellent hôtel à recommander. Notre hôtesse a pu nous aider à chaque étape de notre séjour pour nous conseiller sur les transports les restaurants et les sites a visiter. La chambre standard est un peu petite et situé directement dans l'entrée du bâtiment. Le bruit était toutefois à un niveau acceptable. À recommander pour un couple sans enfants pour apprécier la plage et la vielle ville d'Antalya.

Antalya - busy and lively
Publié le 5 oct. 2022 sur HotelsHotel in heart of old town, but an oasis of peace once you step through the doors. Staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast, taken in the garden, is excellent. Only downside for us was our room being small, dark, only small window that looked onto stairwell. Another room and it would have been perfect.

A little gem in Antalya
Publié le 29 sept. 2019 sur HotelsWe hadnt originally booked this hotel as we were booked some where else.We both felt at home from the first second and the staff made us feel very welcome. Rengin is a wonderful hostess and nothing was any trouble for her and she booked our trips & recommened resteraunts to us. All in all had a fantastic stay in a great hotel and we are going to book up for next year.

Absolutt dårlig service, selv om betalte for deluxe rom fikk et rom i minste størrelse i mine alle hotel reservasjoner.. Tilbakemelding fra hotellet var; bilder kan vise rommet mye større!! Funnet gamle strømper mv under senga.. Minibar var tom unntatt to liten flaske vann. Opps, du må betale disse... Resepsjonen var ikke behjelpelig og arrogant. Du får et fat for frokost. Samme saker for alle dager igjen og igjen. Rå kjedelig. Alt kommer med falsk smil. Aldri mer Kaucuk. Det var som mareritt!!

We have read as misleading and malicious opinions of yours which have nothing to do with the facts.
We are writing this answer to enlighten our future guests.
1 - You have made a reservation for ONE person in a deluxe twin room. The room you booked has 2 separate beds.
However, you came with your girl friend to our hotel. As soon as you arrived you have stated that you do not want a room with 2 separate beds.
2- When we asked you that you should pay the difference of the 2nd person, you were angry, you were very rude to our friend at the reception. We're sure you can't treat anyone like that in Norway.
We also offered you another room with a double bed, but you didn't want to take it. We do not understand why?
3- You have entered the hotel where you will be staying for a week by creating problems in the entrance and spreading negative energy.
4- While all our guests like our breakfast, you used misleading expressions again. Kauçuk Hotel kitchen staff prepares/cooks every dish here as homemade even the butter. Every day you can get your eggs cooked differently. We are surprised that the breakfast you did not like you ate heartily everyday.
5- As an award-winning hotel for the cleanliness you made another misleading remark.
6- It is stated in the menu in your room that the waters in our mini bar are chargeable. Maybe you missed it.
We cannot thank you for your comments that is clearly not bona fide.
