We LOVE Casa Santa Rosa! It is a gorgeous and peaceful hotel, just far enough off the main streets to be quiet but close enough to walk everywhere in Antigua. The staff are always so kind and helpful. We plan to stay here every time we go to Antigua!

This is a small hotel, very well-located, in a quiet area, but near to important city landmarks, in a very walkable city (on cobblestone streets). The interior courtyard/gardens were calming and pretty. The staff was very nice, though one of the evening front desk people had minimal english. Nonetheless, a great place to stay.

A small boutique hotel that truly caters to its guests. The location is excellent and all the important sites to see are within walking distance. It offers breakfast but there’s no restaurant onsite. However, you can order drinks throughout the day. The property is gorgeous and well-kept. Staff is friendly. Love that it is very serene and picturesque!

This property is very nice, the facilities are perfect, location is a few blocks from the center but quiet which was great. The staff is very kind and helpful in special Cristian gave us great tips for our trip and always was willing to help and make our stay confortable, great person who make us feel at home!!! Estiben was incredibly kind, spoke both English and Spanish, and gave great local recommendations. The breakfast/cleaning crew included the sweetest little pregnant woman, Fabiola, who made a delicious feast every morning. The King Suite was huge, clean, and included the most spectacular garden window view. This place was also just a few blocks over from most of the main attractions yet separate enough to get a good night sleep. Would stay here time and time again.

Great place! You can walk to all the main areas from here but also are not in the middle of the main noise. It is a small boutique type of hotel and something important to note is they have good mattresses (many place do not). I would stay again.

This hotel is so quiet and peaceful. The rooms and courtyards ate stunning and the staff is amazing. Edgar, Flaviana, and Christiano were super attentive and responsive. They personally welcomed us with a beautiful breakfast every morning and made sure we had whatever we needed. The bed was comfortable and the area so quiet that it made for uninterrupted sleep. The location is very safe and walkable to great restaurants and shopping. This hotel is a gem - a true boutique with only 7 or so rooms. Everything was clean and the rooms smelled fresh. I cannot recommend this hotel enough; it exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making our trip to Guatemala perfect. We will definitely return for another escape. Julie and Michael
