I stayed 2 nights. Both nights the shower water was on and off. The stream was very inconsistent. On the second night, my room was FLOODED. Multiple places of the roof was leaking huge amounts of water, my luggage got wet, and was very unsafe due to the electricity still plugged in everywhere. They said no empty room left so I was placed to a different hotel at 1 AM in the morning.

This was an unprecedent case due to natural causes provocked by heavy rain during the dates of your stay, this actions were thought on give you the best option available. However we undersand how upsetting and tense this situation must have been and for that we are truly sorry.

Beautiful & tranquil location, historical building, super comfortable room. We were so sad to miss the breakfast on the day of our departure, they packed us a bag for breakfast to take with us for our early morning flight, which was very thoughtful and arranged for our transportation.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was amazing and I wish I would have been able to have it everyday, but we wanted to try other local places too. The room was quaint and they were awesome bringing filtered water and fresh towels daily, even though they didn't have to. The only issue really was just with the hot water and shower pressure not being consistent, but we managed and not that big of a deal. The A/C was nice after walking around and helped cool you down after sight seeing all day. I wouldn't say this is a quiet hotel either, so if you are a light sleeper or want a good nights sleep maybe bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones to sleep. Overall, great place and a beautiful city!

Mi esposo iba en silla de ruedas y no era fácil llegar a las habitaciones pues las calles internas eran de piedras y no era facil
