The house was cute, with a nice courtyard and rooftop terrace to look at the volcanoes. Check-in was a little hectic since a bus load of tourists had arrived at the same time. This seems to be the standard guest at this hotel, and only they have access to meals at the hotel. In the morning, one of the tour leaders was screaming through the hotel that breakfast was ready, at 6:30... We and another regular guest complained about that. If we had wanted noise, we would have chosen a party hotel. Our room also did not include a closet to store out bags and clothes, so we had to leave them on the floor. There is no hair dryer in the hotel, and we asked twice to make sure. There is no parking in the hotel, and the place across the street is $25 for 12 hours. Before we could leave, the staff went to the room and inspected the mini bar, inspected the sheets for stains, and generally acted like we didn't have a credit card on file. We wouldn't stay here again, as there are many hotels in town to choose from.
