The property & rooms are beautiful and comfortable. However, the attitude of front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired - they were flat out rude and ignored guests while on their cell phone. Cleaning staff would knock once and proceed to enter room, then just left without apologizing. This is my third time staying at this property, but will never stay again. There are other properties in Antigua with significantly better service.

I loved my stay here. It was a beautiful property, the staff were very friendly, it was clean, and quiet.

They don't respect their room service hours. They stop serving way earlier than they mention on their menu. There's no way of getting a bottle of wine or even a beer at the hotel on a Saturday night at 10:15pm. Ridiculous. We really wanted to have a stay in romantic moment in the hotel with my girlfriend but there's just nothing to do. No chips, no nuts at the hotel apparently, just nothing. The mini fridge only has Cola-Cola and bottled water. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly but the person I talked to provided no solutions to this problem.

The property was beautiful, the room was so comfortable and clean. The cleaning and service staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone and would stay again. The only downside were the front desk staff. They were incredibly rude when they checked us in. To make matters worse, they continued to be rude throughout the stay even in small interactions when walking in and out of the hotel. It was such a shame, you’d figure the front desk would be more welcoming if they’ll be the first impression for guests. However, I would stay again. Hopefully the front desk will be nicer next time.
