Me gustó el concepto del hotel, el interior muy tranquilo. Pero la habitación por estar contigua a la calle se escuchaba demasiado el paso de los vehículos durante la noche, por lo que fue dificil descansar.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Apreciamos éstos ya que nos ayudan a mejorar la experiencia. Lamentamos mucho el inconveniente con el tema del ruido de la calle vecina. Esperamos poder volver a recibirla y de ser así, sugiero solicitar anticipadamente una habitación frente al jardín para poder mejorar el descanso.

The hotel is on a street semi protected by security, so pretty safe. The amenities are very nice, great breakfast and beautiful garden and views. I forgot an item in the room and they were very helpful about mailing it to me. Highly recommend

I like everything the staff, the breakfast staff very attentive and respectful, the quietness, peaceful the garden, the view the accessibility from the main road. Good parking attendant attitude and front desk as well.

The hotel itself was very quaint and colonial. Very pretty. The rooms could be a little more updated. For the triple room the third bed was a futon (not very comfortable!). No air conditioning or fan. The way the hotel is set up is beautiful. It is made to look like a mini colonial town. The pool was nice. The restaurant food was good. It is a bit withdrawn from the city center, so you have to walk a ways or get a taxi to go to the main area of Antigua. You would think this would make it very quiet, but there was a busy street right behind the hotel. The hotel is very safe. Parking was great, in closed and safe.

Highly Recommend!

The rooms were very comfortable, staff was accommodating, and location was perfect for us. We were also here during Holy Week and this was the perfect spot close enough to all the festivities but distant enough from all the noise. We will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Antigua in the future.
