We provide sufficient cooking utensils to cater to the maximum occupancy of our property.- We were confused about your concerns regarding the limited electricity and can confirm the electricity is working. Breakers will trip as they will in any home if the outlets are overloaded with too many plug-ins, but we apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. We will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. It is important to note, that this time of year as the weather is cooling certain bugs that are seasonal, will attempt to make their way inside to warmer temperatures as they are dying. - Evolve does its best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and uses a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season.
