It’s my fault for not investigating the area before I booked. I recommend doing your homework about the area before booking. No fault of the facility per se. No closet. Broken soap dispenser.

Small roach in the room. Hot water didnt shut off in the bathroom. No hairdryer. No iron. All around grungy and dirty. Staff took a long time to respond at check in and was not friendly or helpful. Neighborhood was a little rough around the edges.

The front desk said I could check in at 2pm, however, when I arrived, they said I can't check in until 2:30om. Entered the room to find 3 of the smallest pillows ever. I requested more pillows and they said they have no extra pillows. Then entered the bathroom and saw that the sink would not stop running. The toilet also doesn't flush very well and the towel holder was broken and about to fall off the wall. Then tried to take a shower and all their soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were EMPTY! WORST EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL EVER

Room 109 should never be offered to any customer until the proper maintenance gets done in the bathroom. There is a water leak that coming from somewhere that caused both me and my girlfriends socks to get wet. And it is so bad that someone could slip and fall.

The room was a hot mess express. It was late when I actually went to the room to shower and get some sleep. When I checked in I didn't go upstairs. First things first the elevator DID NOT WORK and my room was on the 3rd floor. Then I get in the bathroom. My God. It was no washcloths one hand towel and 2 big towels. No floor rug for when you get out. Toilet was dirty and so was the tub. I cleaned everything. I had to stop the tub up with the hand towel and use the 2nd big towel to wash up with. While in the tub the body wash dispenser has only 2 pumps and it's completely empty. So I open the dispenser and send my son to get a new one. The guy downstairs at the front desk adds a little bit of body wash and the rest with water and shook it up. Then i was washing my hair. Same exact thing. But the shift has changed by this time. He says he will bring it upstairs along with hand soap. He arrives. I open the door and im half behind the door because I only have a T-shirt and underwear on. I tell him I'll replace it he says he has to do it. He proceeded in pushing up against me every chance he got i pushed him away. He said that the hand soap is unavailable so its body wash. Then he left. Then I wake up for breakfast there's this big sign stating that they're not supposed to serve any food from the health department . I try these danishes they have they were stale as hell. Then I thought u couldn't mess up coffee. Lord it tasted like dirty dish water smells.

they do not provide towel and it is the only hotel providing 1 towel in all hotels i stay
