Publié le 5 sept. 2022 sur HotelsThe stay was awful. People partying all night and being loud. If I didn't already paid for the room we would have went further on to Hugo to find a room. The place smelled bad. I went to the store to buy air freshener. Plus the the owners liked to watch and record people from their window. We didn't even feel safe leaving our stuff in the room. So, we packed up every day.

There was nothing to like about this crappy motel. Filthy, in bad repair, roaches, someone's hair on the cigarette-burned bedspread... In the top three worst places I have ever stayed and I lived in India for a couple of years. I was taking my elderly father on a trip and he is handicapped. They had no handicap rooms or accommodations of any kind. Well, there was one decent thing; they had new and nice towels, even if I did have to get them myself.

What did I like????? Seriously, there NOTHING to like about this establishment. It was horrific....looked as though the grass around the property hadn't been mowed in months. The room was "straight" but did not feel nor smell clean. (glad I brought lysol and bedding) From the moment we walked in we felt as though there were bugs crawling on us. (I even left one on the bathroom floor so the "whoever" could see. Not to mention the "roamers" outside. And by roamers my husband would call them "lot lizards"....oh my, if we had only known. No way in H*** I would ever stay in this place alone. Or every again.....Lesson learned for sure......
Now the town itself is totally different.....WE LOVED EVERYTHING about this quaint little town. And the people we interacted with were so kind and friendly. This little town definitely could use a more "decent" hotel/motel run by people that actually care about the property. The choices of a place to stay are limited..

The shower filled up water before u could get done...smoke alarm needed new battery....they didnt have one...they just said sorry was all they could say

It's just an old property. Otherwise, just for an overnight stay, it's a bed.
