O hotel está em reforma, a estrutura é grande então levará tempo pra estar pronto, mas dentro do possível foi muito bom, com certeza voltarei, o café da manhã é espetacular.

Nossa estadia foi das piores que já tivemos. Não dá pra entender a nota acima de 4. Parece-me que já foi um lugar bom no passado, mas está em franca e rápida decadência. Fiquem em qualquer outro lugar se quiserem o básico de uma hospedagem: limpeza e uma boa noite de sono. Nem sei por onde começar, mas vamos lá. 1. Barata morta no quarto que supostamente tinha acabado de ser limpo. Claramente o chão do quarto não via um pano há dias, dada a quantidade de pó e cabelos. 2. Bar da piscina que é divulgado não funciona. Na verdade o hotel não tem nenhum tipo de serviço de alimentos além de uma geladeira com bebidas na recepção. 3. Toalhas sujas que estavam jogadas pela área da piscina quando chegamos ao hotel no começo da tarde, continuavam no mesmo lugar na manhã seguinte. 4. Ah, o restaurante da piscina foi “ativado” à noite para um evento (stand-up comedy), fritando quantidades imensas de camarão, cujo cheiro invadiu o quarto mesmo com todas as janelas fechadas. 5. Este mesmo show de stand-up começou DEPOIS DAS 10 da noite, com som alto, diretamente ao lado dos quartos, tornando impossível o descanso dos hóspedes mesmo com todas as janelas fechadas e obrigando-nos a escutar palavras de baixíssimo calão enquanto tentávamos dormir. 6. Recepção não sabe passar informações básicas sobre a cidade: ao ser questionado sobre passeio de trem (que aliás está na página de internet do hotel), recomendou “vai se informar na estação” 7. Tem mais, mas chegou no limite de caracteres.
