Friendly staff clean, modern room. The only problem was that there was no closet or wardrobe, no hangers only 4 wall hooks. That led to nowhere to hang towels which were not changed during a 2 night stay.
Light switches and/or bulbs were not user friendly. Sounds dumb, but because of dimmers, hard to get the lights to turn off, and even when they finally were off, they would flash intermittently. Local heavy metal bars nearby were clearly audible till around 3am.
Beautiful hotel, impeccably appointed! Great staff who went way out of their way to provide a soy-free vegan breakfast. Location is close to old town and waterfront. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
Very nice little hotel - only 12 rooms so personal service and a very boutiquey feel to it. Accommodation is lovely and feels fresh and modern without being austere. Extremely comfortable beds. Location is superb though given it’s so central the street outside can get a little active in the late hours - we were not disturbed by noise though.
Hotel right in the historic center of town. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Two things - hot water was intermittent in the morning and the road noice was very noticeable both with cars and people having a late night. Both of those things might come with the location in a historic building but thought they were worth mentioning.
I had the most relaxing experience. Michael was warm and friendly. The hotel is charming, clean, well designed, and comfortable. Location was central. Would highly recommend!
Wow. What a great boutique hotel. The location is amazing. Near the main square, transit, hip cafes and restaurants. Easy walkability to everything you need. The rooms were so modern and the bed was heavenly. Great pillows which is rare for Europe. Central air too. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Michael was great and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.
We love staying at boutique hotels because they are charming and have an intimacy about them. However, it’s important to note that hotels need to be comfortable and good for sleep. Unfortunately, on our first night, our room was on the ground floor with cold stone floors and although it was in the back building, we continuously heard our upstairs neighbours walk back and forth, the front door open and close as people checked out at 8am and when they came home at 2am or 4am. When I asked for slippers as the floors were too cold, the receptionist told us that the hotel doesn’t provide slippers and that she usually carries some with her when she travels. Needless to say, we did not have a good nights rest or get to enjoy our stay the first night. The receptionist arranged for a room change on the second night which was much cozier and we had a better experience. Although really chic and modern, I’m not sure we would stay here again.
Heel erg net en ruime kamer. Vriendelijk onthaal.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nice hotel but very noisy :-(
The hotel itself is nice. Frontdesk Service was nice and friendly too.
The room was big but it felt like it wasn’t finished or simply not very well done (an armchair and an awkward bar table (??!) randomly but in space where there could have been a couch or other useful/ Cody furniture…).
It’s across the street from a kebab place that’s open till 3am- the noise of drunks killed us… we had to shut the windows to get some sleep at all. Left a day earlier because of it … :-(
