This was by far, the worst experience we have had in any accommodation, anywhere.
Not allocated the apartment we had booked. The one we where given was filthy, with sticky, stained floors. Broken coffee table. Broken glass bottle in fridge. Used eyelashes on windowsill. Shower pan stained. Luke warm water. Blocked sink. The key that should have been in the flat was missing which resulted in being trapped between the apartment and the street as the push button to open the street gate was also broken.
Tried 3 times to ring their emergency number. No reply. Rang Hotels.Com who came back to me saying that Smartflats would contact me directly, they did not. The following day, they sent me a message saying they had been in and fixed all the problems, which they also sent to Hotels.com. When I returned no one had been there at all.
I have since emailed them three times and they just don't answer.
