Hotel un peu a l'écart ce qui est appréciable avec une jolie vu sur les rizières avec un resto et un petit déj bien sympa

Irresponsible on Hotel.com part

I have already told them I was viewing hotels not to book however they charged my CC which I have already deleted from website I did not stay at lodge, the booking was a mistake but the lodge or hotel.com refused to remedy this situation

Nice guesthouse in Anuradhapura
Publié le 2 sept. 2018 sur ExpediaMy wife, little son and I stayed for one night at the Rajarata Lodge. The staff was really kind and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great (especially due to the great view from the breakfast area).
However I want to mention, that we also had troubles during the check-in. As mentioned in some other reviews there are problems in the communication between Expedia and the hotel. As we arrived at the hotel no room was available in the beginning (even the room was prepaided). After some discussions we received a room and in the end everything went well for us.

we are really glad to see your review about the staying of here and those are welcome to upgrade our service on you more and more.
As we had few of connection problems with the expedia, some times it was difficult to deal with the guest.But always we tried to give a best service for the guests. All the problems are clear now and everything is processing quite correctly. therefor no more any inconvenient situations like happened before.
So again thank you for your feedback and, in case if we have made any mistake during your time here we forgive from you. hope to see you again in Sri Lanka.

Ruhig und trotzdem in Stadtnähe
Publié le 30 juin 2018 sur HotelsSchönes kleines Haus mit wenigen Zimmern. Zimmer scheinen neu gemacht worden zu sein. Schön eingerichtet. Dusche zwischen Waschbecken und WC ist etwas unpraktisch, aber ok. Die Terrasse ist toll mit Ausblick auf die Reisfelder. Frühstück war sehr gut. Gegen Gebühr haben wir Fahrräder ausborgen können und damit Anuradhapura erkundschaftet.
Einziges Manko: Bettwäsche hatte Flecken - das haben wir aber öfter erlebt in Sri Lanka, WLAN sehr schlecht (war aber angeblich nur so, weil Monatsende war ;-))
