Personnel execrable, mais propriétaire gentil et tente de rattraper les négligences de ses employés incompétents et absolument pas orientés solution ou service à la clientèle.
Aucun internet malgré les représentations sur le site web

Les chambres sont supers, le personnel sympas, mais le petit déjeuner est très léger et il faudrait nettoyer la piscine tous les jours.

Need regular room service housekeeping did not change sheets or clean rooms 27,35 and 55 for the 14 days we were there at all. No phones in rooms so had to walk to reception every time and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Wifi broke down last for days of our stay which is an inconvenience as we work remote relying on internet connection. Rooms were in bad condition needed paint on ceilings and walks with were peeling off, light switches didn’t work, mold and cracked tiles in pool. Leaking water from bathroom ceiling fan dripped down while using the toilet

This hotel is terrible. It is an embarrassment.
If you have made a booking change your mind now while you can get your money back.
Toilet continually blocked - in the end we kept the plunger so we could keep clearing it ourselves! Otherwise it stayed blocked for 1 days each time. Shower had no pressure - resorted to collecting water in a plastic container to pour it over ourselves.
Swimming pool is not maintained, broken tiles, dirty.

Wheelchair-width doorways these rooms are upstairs with no disabled access. Saw an older lady being carried up the stairs by her family because she couldn't climb them!
