Everything was great! It was only the time the pool closes, it was not it! I wanted to swim late night but it closes at 6 lol. But so far, everything was great!

Hi Tatupu,Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback, and glad you had a good time.Normally we close down the pool at night due mostly to reduce noise on other guests, or for pool sanitation and recovery on high usage days.For the quiet moonlight dips we don't mind, and checking with staff on duty is usually not a problem.Hope to see you soon.

The hospitality was exceptional, we felt right at home. The room was spacious and parking was available 24/7. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable safe place

The hotel is far from a holiday accommodation place.
The room was very smelly, the BO of the previous guests could be smelled outside through the open window. The sheets were stained - probably washed but still not clean. We decided to move to some other place.
The place is older which is not a problem - if only it was cared for and properly cleaned.

Talofa Marlis, from our records our manager personally checked you and companion into a larger Teuila room on the ground floor as requested at 2pm on the 20th August. She confirms that you clearly stated preferring a room closer to the Airport. She reports that the room was clean and fresh when she showed you through the room as we do during check-in and having asked if you were OK with the room you replied 'Yes' and signed in on the registration form. Had you pointed out any issues then, your complaints could be verified, and we would dealt with your complaints in a satisfactory manner. You checked out at about 4pm in the evening of the same day without stating a reason, but possibly having found a place closer to an area of interest near airport.We understand that you may have made a miscalculation on the distance to travel from our hotel to the wharf/airport, but that is no reason to leave a terrible review that is untrue to perhaps to render a refund for the second night you were confirmed for. I am sure in your own country; the common courtesies of honest and positive reviews are expected in your hotels. The case is the same here in Samoa as well.Please plan out your holiday logistics before committing to hotels and other services when travelling anywhere you go. Please be kind and gentle as we are only human.
