Spacieux et confortable
Publié le 15 août 2017 sur HotelsChambre spacieuse, douche accolée à la chambre mais en extérieur, bouteille de vin blanc offerte à notre arrivée mais pas de petit déjeuner compris. Fiafia dance show le jeudi soir : beau spectacle. Parking gratuit. Grand lit confortable. TV qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de wifi gratuit.

Firstly, apologies for the TV not working- we have now replaced this :)
Free Tropical Breakfast is available but if you order off the menu there is a charge. Unfortunately in Samoa there less than a handful of places that do offer free wifi. Hope you enjoyed your stay overall and we hope to host you again in the near future.

The cleaners were very hospitable. However,I was very disappointed after booking and then a week later changing a couple of days well before the travel dates, yet I was charged fully despite early booking and changes. The water provided in fridge was only for the first day, no milk no condiments, one soap.

Talofa lava Dora,Much apologies, you have booked via Expedia and the policy clearly states that 42 days prior to arrival is payment in full. I cannot see the request for your date changes as all requests and payments are directly to Expedia. We do only provide water on the first day but there should be milk, sugar, coffee and tea available in your room daily. We do apologize if there wasn't any in your room. Please notify housekeeping next time as they are the ones replenishing this in each room. We do hope to host you again in the near future so that we can give you a better experience. Have a great end of year!

This property has beautiful, spacious rooms and gorgeous outdoor showers. It is lovely and we would definitely return to stay here.

I cannot fault my stay here. The service was excellent. It has a real vibe. The staff were so helpful and friendly and Luna was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone. The additional entertainment options like the fiafia night were the icing in the cake. I will definitely be back.
