Avis Uili's Farm House

Très difficile à trouver , petit coin très agréable, accueil chaleureux mais devaient venir nous chercher au ferry mais ils ont oublié puis le lendemain pour nous emmener à l'aéroport il a fallu 20 min pour les réveiller. Ils sont cool aux Samoa.

This property is listed for online booking, which we booked as it was available. I tried contacting the number listed but it’s an incorrectly listed number so we weren’t able to get directions to the home. An Expedia agent tried to as well and couldn’t get in contact with the place neither. We finally found the house after asking around the village for this place only to finally find the place and meet one of the property managers on site, and the manager was shocked that we had booked online as she wasn’t aware of an online booking site. Needless to say, we were told they have no houses available and no rooms available and that they do not use the online booking, only people that call in for reservations. I do appreciate the property manager for being forthcoming in her awareness of the situation (or lack thereof) and being apologetic about the situation. The property manager said we should contact Expedia to get our money back as we didn’t stay there. We were a party of 10 (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 infants) so my anger meter could’ve skyrocketed much higher but the property manager seemed genuinely apologetic about this situation and…I was still on the losing end. I checked this specific place again a few days later and sure enough, they still had rooms listed as “available.” Scam! Find another crappy place to stay at if you’re desperate like we were. We actually lucked out and found rooms at an unlisted hotel downtown instead. Problem solved!

Overall experience was amazing, the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very clean and I just felt like I was with family it was honestly by far the best accommodation I have stayed at in Samoa and I’m a regular traveller to Samoa. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book with them again next time I visit.

Overall was a superb experience for our stay in the villa.. so perfect for its price and the owners too welcomed us back to our beautiful Samoa.. More importantly is the security/maid with a beauty of a smile who is always there when required.. Peka is always handy, lovely lady indeed who is willing to help when needed..the beauty of it is the cool aircon that shuts the ugly heat..loved the smell of the clean floor.. and yes... I will always come back to Uili’s Farmhouse as I enjoyed my stay.
