Beautiful
Posted Mar. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayThe villa has been beautifully remodeled. You walk in and feel at home. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. There is everything you could need to cook a fabulous dinner. The owner was so friendly and ready to answer all our questions. She is truly a gem. The location is so quiet you can not hear a thing. You are close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough to get out of the crowd and relax. We are already talking about our next trip. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us.

Our Short Florida Stay
Posted Apr. 14, 2022 on HomeAwayWe were visiting Florida to see family & friends. . The condo we found in Apopka was great!! The area was safe, quiet & pretty. The condo was clean & it had all the basics if you want to have a cup of coffee or make a full meal. Near, but not too close to many stores & restaurants.

Great Place to Stay!

Yvette met us personally and was very welcoming and available for any communication throughout our stay. The next time we visit Florida we would love to stay here again. My only “less than glowing” comment is that it may be time to consider investing in new mattresses.

Posted Apr. 3, 2021 on HomeAwayMy family and I have stayed at this property more than once. We enjoy the owners attention to detail and hospitality. Staying at her property is like being at home. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. The owner is always available if needed. My family and I prefer to stay at her property rather than a hotel. I recommend for families. Plan on using again.

Clean villa in a quiet area.
Posted Mar. 31, 2021 on HomeAwayUltra clean, well stocked villa was just right for my husband and me plus another couple traveling with us. Loved the closed in porch. Parking was a little bit of a problem but we made it work.

Bike week 2021
Posted Mar. 19, 2021 on HomeAwayNot a good place to stay with motorcycles had to park the bikes up in the overflow parking lot could not keep the bikes next to the Villa how do you walk 10 minutes every morning just to get your motorcycle

Hi Chris, sorry to see your review about your disappointment. We talked about this beforehand and indicated there is no parking for bikes. We actually went above and beyond to try to accommodate your trailer and bikes and got a special permit to do so from the overflow lot owner.
