We loved our stay. They were very helpful with information and maps of Strasbourg. The room was clean, beds comfortable, friendly staff, yummy included breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious too, plus our waiter was fun!
Only qualm was that even though it's a quiet town, one side of the hotel faces a "busy" street; the noise from a car every couple minutes zipping by at maybe 40+mph at night was a little jarring while trying to sleep with the window open. There is no air conditioning (which was expected), so we had the window open at night for the cool air, but the noise caused us to close it. Then it was boiling. Wintertime would not have this issue, I'm sure.
So if noise bothers you, or if you're a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room facing a side or residential street. Everything else was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!
