First off, no one was ever at the office, they didn’t even check us in but just call to give us a code to get into the room. List room service but no one ever answers the phone. No TV service, when you call to lodge complaint of course they don’t answer it or by accident they answer it and said I’ll have someone look at it, which never happened. Then when taking a shower, the drains are so clog your standing in dirty water while showering. The sink also clog so it fills up with dirty water while using it! The mattress was so old it was the most uncomfortable mattress I ever tried to sleep on. Swamp cooler no AC. And no thermostat for me to control it! We left 3 days early, and of course no one there to check us out, don’t waste your money staying here! Worst place I ever stayed at!!!!

I was evacuated because of the fires, and this was one of the only places I could find that had availability and to my shock and surprise this place is so awesome and such a beautiful view such a beautiful setting kind of like a western movie set. I absolutely love it. I can’t believe I stumbled into this place, but I’m gonna bring my wife here often in the future because it’s just such a lovely quaint fantastic spot with beautiful staff who truly care. I never imagined Apple Valley would have something like this. This is one of the few times my expectations were completely turned upside down on their head. There’s no place I would rather stay in the high desert I run a YouTube channel in Big Bear called Big Bear Weather and More And I’m gonna make sure all my fans know about this place it is truly a gem in the high desert. Again, very much like a western movie set and they have a big concert venue and a tavern with spectacular views. Every single room has a spectacular view.
