The front desk billed me twice and I am still trying to get a full refund of the complete second charge.

For starters there was a towel shortage and rather than having regular sized bath towels we were given a bundle of hand towels to use. The bathroom was dirty. Light fixtures were falling out of the ceiling. The AC unit made the room feel wet/damp. The pool has a broken floor and there’s sharp pieces of pool liner all over the bottom of the pool. There were multiple spots where the pool floor had missing pieces which created sharp edges. The hot tub was out of order and apparently has been for months. The breakfast food was terrible. The employees doing laundry in the laundry room propped the door open and shouted profanity as they cleaned towels and linens. We heard this multiple times from a larger older woman. The keys never wanted to work for our rooms or the pool area. When we made the front desk aware of this issue we were told it happens a lot keep trying. So obviously correcting problems at this hotel is not a priority. To top everything off the WiFi was horrible. 0/10 will never come again and have told our family who frequently travels to this area to avoid the hotel at all costs.

Stayed 3 nights during that time no maid service had to ask front desk for clean towels. Breakfast was cold, coffee watery. The spa has been closed since January per front t desk.
