The heat in our room didn’t work at all, we booked the room to go to my girl’s first packers game and we turned the heat up before we went to the game and we came back and it was still freezing in our room. I usually always have great experiences with Hilton but man they really dropped the ball on this one..

The property was wonderful along with the employees. The only problem we experienced was not being able to adjust the temperature in a room to our satisfaction. It stayed at least 72 no matter what we did. The front desk said they have it looked into. Aside from that the stay was wonderful.

Not overly impressed with this stay
Well the girl that checked us in, but she didn't appear happy about it. I feel like we inconvenienced her. One of the rooms was cold and turning up the thermostat didn't help much. The biggest issue was there was a high pitched alarm going off somewhere close to our rooms that we could hear continuously through out our stay. We did call the front desk about the noise, but the problem wasn't solved.

The hotel was very nice and the bed comfortable. However, the hotel had no water. We were unable to use the bathroom or take a shower. We were traveling and it was very inconvenient. We were not offered any discount on our room.
