Summary:
Escape to paradise in this premium ground floor Seascape Villa. This home is a rare single level, ground floor ocean front Villa with two ground level balconies. Located on south bluff next to the pool, fire pit, putting green & park. Gorgeous inside with panoramic views of the bay. The lawn and bluff walk is accessible right out the back patio door. Newly remodeled with fresh modern décor, one of the best units at Seascape Resort in Aptos overlooking the Monterey Bay!

The Space:
Pull up your car and step right into this rare single story oceanfront villa. When you first enter you will be happy to find a gorgeous, upgraded kitchen to include all stainless appliances (dishwasher, oven range and stove, full sized microwave and refrigerator. Fully stocked ready for you to prepare any meal that suits you. Beyond the kitchen you will find a large dining area and living room that includes a pull-out sofa bed, large tv, fireplace and a private patio with patio table and chairs. Another unique feature this villa offers is a slide out wall between the dining area and living room that will provide privacy to the living room. Through the hall door you will find two bedrooms and two full baths each with custom cabinetry and exquisite tile work. There is also a second private patio off the second bedroom that offers two reclining loungers for you to take in the sun or relax as you enjoy the sun setting over the ocean. Just outside the front door you have immediate access to the largest pool and jacuzzi and view of the double pond that houses the most boisterous frogs! Take a walk at night and listen to what sound machines are made of! You are also close to the Seascape Park where you can enjoy your favorite outdoor activities with your fellow guests. If you appreciate fine craftsmanship and the ease of single story living you will love this unique Seascape Villa!

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of pools (3) and jacuzzis (3); access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, bonfire pit rentals and bike rentals are not available to private renters.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, 3 pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, bonfire rental and bike rentals are not available to private renters.
Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Perfect mini vacation!
This was our second stay at this property and it was fantastic, again! The unit’s location is great for our young kids - easy access to the back lawn and close proximity to the local park/playground. The unit is well equipped with all things needed to make a vacation easy and fun! Will definitely be returning!

Amazing location and amenities!
This unit was perfect for our family of 5. The checkin process was seamless and easy. The unit is located on the side of the resort close to the park/playground and ample grass/open space, which was great for letting the kiddos play. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A non-issue, but the “blackout” currents are not super dark, so light sensitive people or toddlers may be impacted - our 2 year old was up and ready an hour earlier than usual! We really enjoy this resort and this unit surpassed our expectations. We will definitely return! Thanks

Great Location
Great location and view and loved the ground-floor two bedroom unit. Beds could be a little more comfy and would recommend mattress toppers from Amazon to improve them. We were located next to our family members in other Resort units (which were amazing but more money). Would love a later checkout for future stays.

Good stay for 40th birthday
The property is very nice. The villa is nice and I liked the location. Ground floor is why we booked this through Vrbo vs the resort, it’s so nice for the kids to run out and play, we were right next to the park and pool. Beautiful view. Lots of positives. . However I didn’t realize if you don’t book through the resort we can’t pay for other things. We can’t do the s’mores, bonfires, they wouldn’t decorate the room for my wife for her 40th birthday etc. Bc we booked through Vrbo. So if you plan to do resort activities, you’ll Want to book directly through the resort which we would have if we had known. I should have called the resort before booking. A few things that could use improvement. There were so many ants everywhere. We did contact management and they sent ant spray and traps. Just wasn’t awesome with babies crawling and ants on their hands. The lights in bedrooms flickered all night and AC didn’t really cool. I would stay again though because of the location. The resort was fun and easy walk to coffee, restaurants, grocery, beach etc. overall a really fun time! :)

Beautiful spot!
A group of 5 ladies rented this spot for a bachelorette party. 3 of us are housekeepers so we are particularly eagle-eyed about cleanliness and this passed the test! The home was awesome and I’d say even more beautiful than I expected. Only a couple downsides to the stay; there were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms and along baseboards in bedrooms. Several of the girls ended up with ants in their suitcases. The beds were very hard, so if you like that then you won’t have a problem. Also the fridge makes super loud noises that actually woke up the person sleeping on the sofa bed multiple times during the night. Otherwise, it was perfect. I would gladly stay here again!!

This ocean front property is a one story condo, great for mobility impaired as NO STAIRS and is newly decorated and updated with beautiful soft close kitchen, bath & wardrobe drawers and cabinet doors. Wonderful ambient lighting with many dimmer switches, gas fireplace. Flat screen TVs x3, beautiful stove, micro, full fridge, toaster oven. Beautiful place. Beautiful stay.
