room was clean but curtains had cigarette burn holes…and room smelled of cigarettes.

The only thing I would say is the connecting rooms can be quite loud if you are not connecting with your own family. You can hear everything through the doors.

Took over an hr to get ice tea at lunch, even longer for food. Sliding door windows seal broken so inside of windows looked dirty and screen would fall off when opening. Loved the property otherwise, very beautiful grounds. But $10 a day parking over the top.

This is our second time staying here! This place is lovely and central to the beach, shopping, and dining! The grounds are beautiful with plenty of grassy spots. Pet friendly too! Love it.
