Great Condo; Close to Ocean
Publié le 20 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The two bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the second floor with the master having a balcony that faces west. The other balcony is off the living room and also faces west. The condo was very clean; I was able to walk barefoot in the condo. A short walk to a pathway near the resort’s hotel takes you to the beach. The host was very pleasant and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty looked like the pictures except that the cushions on the patio chairs outside the master were shredded on both sides and there was a dirty large plastic bucket on the balcony. The listing also stated AC and there is none, just 3 portable fans. Opening the doors provided air, but the group next door smoked cigars on their balcony which blew into our unit forcing us to close the doors. The entire complex lost power 4 times while we were there for 1-3 hours each time, either first thing in the morning when trying to get ready for the day or evening. Property management needs to make sure codes and contacts are accurate for the stay (wrong pool code and inaccurate information regarding keys). The location is good.We won’t stay here again, the constant loss of power was too disruptive.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We’ve addressed the shredded cushions and the plastic bucket on the balcony. Regarding the AC, our listing does specify that the unit is equipped with portable fans, and due to the beachside location in Aptos, where evenings are typically cool, we’ve rarely had temperature-related concerns from guests. Unfortunately, the cigar smoke from the neighboring unit and the power outages were beyond our control, though we understand how disruptive they were. We are also reviewing the pool code and key information to ensure they are accurate moving forward. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to improve our service.

Maintenance required throughout the unit.
No clean sponges, wasn’t as clean as expected in many ways. Patio furniture was worn out and unsuitable upstairs. Dining set on table was dirty when arrived. Washed all dishes as we used since wasn’t totally clean.

Great Location and great host!
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were very impressed with how clean everything was! We loved the location right above the pool and the short walk to the beach. When I messaged the host with a quick questions, she answered within minutes. We hope to stay again soon!
