Avis Upscale Rio Del Mar Getaway w/ Big Backyard - Walk to Beach & Golf & Seascape

We were missing many basic items like kitchen sponge and trash bags . Everything was insufficient- there was only 6 towels with 8 adults. The shower didn’t work, and propane ran out and didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Overall we didn’t get to enjoy house as we were constantly having to call Vacasa and went to store to buy what was missing .

This house was just just as the photos represented. We had a family get together with a variety of ages. This house has a bonus room upstairs which made it easy for some to retreat when necessary. All the drawers are labeled in the kitchen so it was so easy to find things. The only thing that was a problem for our particular family was the Wi-Fi. It is not good at all. My husband was trying to work in the day and it kicked him off about every 5-10 min. We had trouble watching movies as a family because it would do the same thing when we tried to watch a movie or tv. If you don’t need internet then this house is a 5 star for sure. I would stay here over and over but maybe not when my husband has to work.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Response time from the owners was super quick when a couple issues came up. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and even included a box of toddler toys to use which was a nice bonus.
