Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was awesome! Very clean and decorated nicely! Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas to hang out. Walking distance to quaint little plaza to get food and pick up odds and ends. Also walking distance to a beautiful beach! The only criticism would be poor water pressure in the showers,

We're glad you enjoyed our home. Sorry about the water pressure but that is a Santa Cruz County requirement of low flow showerheads.

Very Nice, But...
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved being walking distance from a beautiful uncrowded beach. We loved the living spaces in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/etc we needed. Just a couple of challenges: housekeeping left a full load of sheets and towels in the dryer, which we had to fold and set aside before we could use it. The place is located on a busy street; yes, technically in a cul-de-sac, but right on the corner of the main street coming and going through Sea Scape. Therefore it was much noisier than we expected. The outside patio was not cleaned up much, but we had a BBQ nonetheless. The bathrooms were beautiful, but the jacuzzi tub was not user friendly. The hot water pressure was so low, that after 30 minutes, it will was not full enough to use. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Thanks for the information and I'm glad you enjoyed our home. I have contacted my cleaning company about their failure to set up the home as we have directed them. They were apologetic but that doesn't make up for the inconvenience you experienced. My only request would be to let me know of the problems when you are at the property and then I can have them fixed while you are there. Can't figure out the hot water problem. We had an instant hot water system installed with a circulating pump when we built the house and it will put out as much hot water as you demand. I'll have my plumber take a look to see if it is working properly. I'm glad you had a lovely time despite the problems.

Great Condo in Aptos
Publié le 19 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is the second year we have stayed at this condo in Aptos and we really enjoy it. It's clean, updated, comfortable and well-maintained. It has easy access to the beach, golf and restaurants, but it's also away from the fast-paced visitors in Santa Cruz. You can spend a slow day relaxing in Aptos, or it's a quick drive to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and even Monterey.
