Communication was horrible, we were not allowed inside and they told us we don’t have a reservation. When we called the host he said we don’t have a reservation but then he called back and said the room has an odor issue that’s why they didn’t let us in. We drove 5 hours to get to that location and we had nowhere to stay. And they still haven’t refunded our money. Overall horrible experience I do not recommend.
