Very old. Nothing working even room phone. Urgent maintenance needed. Very bad experience

It is close to downtown and the station for the inter-city buses. Front desk staff are friendly and are willing to try their best regarding requests.

We arrived at 4:30pm to discover that they had sold our room even though it was booked for one month
