Don't go there!!
Publié le 16 août 2013 sur HotelsFirst of all, the rooms are ridiculously expensive given the very limited amenities provided (not even a free bottle of water, or coffee/tea making equipment!). During my vacation in Jordan, I stayed at hotels like Marriott or Le Méridien (5-star hotels), and they were cheaper. The breakfast area is filthy, with food spilled on the floor and dirty tables. So are the beach and the sea. I am quite surprised to see all those good reviews; it's as if I went to a different hotel. The staff is not friendly, especially at the check-in desk; the person in charge should maybe try to at least smile to customers. So, in short, avoid this place; this will help you save money and you won't ruin a lovely stay in Jordan! I unfortunately spent two days in this hotel at the end of my trip, and I wish I hadn't (not to mention that Aqaba has almost nothing to offer, but that’s another story)...

The focus of the hotel are the 3 nice medium-sized pools catering the needs of kids and adults. Some beautiful greenery and flowers around. Then the hotel and the rooms would clearly need some refreshing. The a/c in the rooms is old and noisy (we were there during a heat wave). Breakfast and food are okeish, but not lavish, which I guess goes with moderate cost of the facility. Staff is very nice, but that sometimes does not balance out some shortcomings of the hotel itself. All in all, an ok place.

Hotel just a little tired and in need of updating. Otherwise good location and very friendly and helpful staff.
