Au coeur d'Aqaba.
Publié le 9 mai 2023 sur HotelsBonjour, nous avons été bien reçus. Les responsables de la réception étaient très polis, corrects, serviables. Ils nous avaient bien renseigné sur la belle ville d'Aqaba et répondu à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être situé au centre-ville d'Aqaba. Et nous avons été satisfaits par l'hôtel Raad. Bonne vie à la famille Raad.

Publié le 28 avr. 2023 sur HotelsArrived at the check-in time the requested room wasn't ready the offered to give me a different room when i said no the made me wait for my room the staff was not professional the rules wasn't clear at the hotels site and when a friend came to my room to pick-up something for me they called me asking that they should leave the room immediately talking to me with unprofessional way and calling me 6 times under 5 minutes and when i asked for the manager they changed the situation and told the manager a different story just to justify their unprofessional behaviour management was nice and apologised but that wasn't enough to make the stuff behave nicely after i came back at night checking me and asking me where I'm going

We appreciate your effort in writing the details, knowing that what you said is not completely true, but we explained to you the hotel policy, that this hotel is family and you have the freedom to choose, and we told you on the phone twice, not 6 times as I said, the main problem is that you You did not read the hotel's policy, knowing that it is in all 3- and 4-star hotels because it is the same policy. However, you threatened in the two calls that you would rate us bad for not meeting your desires, which is the opposite of the hotel's policy, but we had to clarify matters from our side. We respect all guests from all over the world, and welcome them with open arms at any time. We wish you a happy stay in the coming times.
