I arrived at the property after a long journey and found that the staff were not helpful nor competent. One particular receptionist was rude. I asked to see a manager twice but none were around even at 9:00 am. I also asked about a procedure for filing a complaint and they did not seem to know if they had one. Instead I was given an e-mail address to which I could write but when I did it proved to be wrong. I have stayed in this hotel before and I can notice a decline in the quality of service and a lack of care towards their customers. The organisational culture of this institution must be awful as nobody seems to care. I wonder why Ibis tolerates such a aituation

New hotel, excellent condition, good breakfast! Great staff! Very often you will receive an unexpected upgrade to your room!
