I have never experienced such caring and efficient service in my life. Simply outstanding. The hotel rooms are dated and we had a problem (both rooms) with the bed separating (they join two singles to make a double) and I had the manager call right away and actually track me in the hotel , as I was not in my room to resolve the situation.
This is a full board hotel in a gorgeous area and amazing thermal waters and treatments. The mud pack simply took care of my back pain that I had for over 10 days. I was quite impressed m.
A comida no restaurante a la carte, Chez Beja, diferente e deliciosa.
