Very accommodating owners; allowed me to leave my car all the next day after check-out very early in the morning. Not far from town centre. Off-street parking felt quiet/safe for car & bike. I would definitely stay here again if in Arbroath; and would definitely recommend to others. (Staying for "Ride the North" cycling event.)

A magnificent B&B in a small seaside town. Beautifully appointed rooms in a beautiful mansion with a great breakfast and our hosts were very welcoming. A highlight of our trip to Scotland.

What a find! This b&b is exceptional, the owners and hosts are exceptional in their offering and Urs’s breakfasts are super excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this boutique B&B!

The hosts are lovely and were eager to make our stay comfortable.
It is a beautiful home that we were welcomed into.
