Nous avons dîné au restaurant, le repas était délicieux, les prix abordables et le chef chante très bien 😉😊 Merci pour votre professionnalisme.

Lunan Bay Beach is close by and stunning. The property is peaceful and the rooms are nice. Bathroom was new with quality fittings. Dog friendly. The grounds are beautiful. This is a little hidden gem and I’ll definitely be staying again ……. Often!!

Zero Communication and Refusing to Refund
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HotelsI didn't get to check-in as the hotel was not forthcoming about my out-of-hours check-in, which they agreed to prior to booking a room. By 10pm on the day, with zero communication, I had to make alternative arrangements.
Now they are refusing to issue a refund for a room I didn't get to use. All emails, messages and phone calls went unanswered for the two days leading up to my booking, and two days later I have still not heard anything. Avoid.

Management at breakfast left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. The only staff member was engaged in a heated conversation with another guest.
There was no milk for the cereal. No spoons either! Coffee pot had run out. Family sized kettle was supplying a dining room of about 20 people. Bread was in short supply.
Basically under staffed. One staff member taking orders, serving food and clearing tables.
