This brand new contemporary studio was designed for guests craving a quality stay in Arcata with comfort & style in mind. Perfect for an easy, relaxing getaway furnished with a quality King bed, gas fireplace & fully stocked kitchen. Conveniently located just footsteps to downtown Arcata, and less than a five minute drive to Cal Poly Humboldt. Take an easy stroll to visit Saturday's farmer's market on the Plaza. My husband and I stayed 4 nights while attending a family wedding on Moonstone Beach. Convenient location tucked back from the street with well marked parking for our small car. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Arcata.

Great for a weekend getaway
Was in Arcata for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place. So fun to be able to walk around downtown and go to the farmer’s market. Will be booking again the next time I go up there!

Nice accommodations, great location
We recently stayed two nights at this vrbo and can recommend it. First off, its location is great. It's a short, easy walk of two blocks to Arcata's attractive early 20th century town square in the heart of downtown. On-site parking is available, but it's a tight squeeze with another parking space adjacent, however except for arrival and departure we parked steps away on the street. Street parking is free and without time of day or day of the week restrictions. The Cal Poly Humboldt campus is close by, too, though it's uphill. The accommodation is basically an ADU with pretty much anything you would need. Though we walked to and from Redwood Curtain Brewing 1.1 miles away, you might not care to, but it's an excellent brewery that often has a good food truck present. And there are lots of places to eat and drink on the the town square or very close by. To sum up, Arcata is a terrific college town and this vrbo is a good base of operations there.

Perfect location. Perfect price. Safe and comfortable and modern base. Great neighborhood to walk. Close to los bagels, coop, crabs baseball, victorian's. Basically close to everything Arcata cool. Highly recommend especially if you are out and about during the day.

Very clean and quiet. It was easy to walk to Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt. Plenty of shopping and dining with in easy walking distance and located in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Arcata!

Wonderful experience and the studio was perfect for our stay in Arcata. It wa walkable to all the local favorites, and the room was verynice (new, beautifully appointed, safe, and quiet). The owner was very sweet and accommodating. We would most definately stay there again.

Great Location, Great Space
This is a very clean, well-appointed studio. It has a thermostatted fireplace that comes on automatically. I’ve never seen that before and I really enjoyed it. It is only a minute walk to a fabulous coffee/bagel place. And a few minutes walk to a good local grocery and restaurants. We used it as a base to explore Arcade, Eureka and the many nearby state parks. Perfect for that. The one thing I didn’t like is that after I reserved and paid (too late to have an option to cancel), I learned that I had to sign a separate rental agreement. I don’t like those things. It was 9 pages and I had to initial or sign 34 places - uggghh! (The content of the agreement was fine for me.). If you don’t mind these extra agreements, then this place is wonderful.
