"Il Pettirosso"- house in the greenery near Lerici and Cinque Terre

If you are looking for a place that is near enough to town yet feels like you are miles away - this is a perfect place for you!

The apartment that we suggest you is arranged like this: it is 40sqm distributed in one floor and divided in one bedroom, a very bright living room with a kitchen where there is also a sofa bed that guarantees two other places to sleep. The apartment is structurally attached to the house where I live with my loving girlfriend Egle, but besides that it is completely independent: you would have not only your private parking space, but also a complete private entrance, autonomy and a wonderful terrace with its stunning views to the antique valley surrounded by vineyards and olives. The whole house is surrounded by the greenery which is 1 hectare of terrain of our property where we grow olives, fruit trees and saffron, you would certainly be able to freely walk around and enjoy it. For that you could enjoy our common green space (used only by travelers of our other two properties) where there are some tables for you to eat, some beach chairs for sunbathing and pergola to stay in the shadow and simply enjoy the view to the Apuan Alps. This space can be used also in the evening as there is also a lighting system. In such natural context there are certainly some animals around that we have - a few cats, one dog and chickens.
Having an independent apartment you will have a maximum autonomy, but also you could always count on us at any time while needing something.
The arrival and the departure will be managed by me or my companion unless some impossible situations.

The house is situated in a strategically good location where you can easily reach many famous cities.The apartment is found 950m away from a medieval village of Arcola, 5km from the entrance of a highway, 6km from the beaches of Lerici, 18km from the Natural Park of Cinque Terre, 18 km from Carrara's marble caves on the Apuan Alps, 36 km from Forte dei Marmi and its beaches, 44km away from Versilia and 65 km from Lucca and Pisa.
The apartment is found on the private street and there is no direct public transport to the house, it goes only to the city of Arcola, so we recommend you having your own car that will help you to move around more easier.
As the house is up in the valley it is reached by an asphalted street that is not that wide.
