Would avoid, unless you like chaos
Publié le 29 nov. 2022 sur HotelsHosts weren't very useful upon check in with an issue about spiders we had! The place wasn't clean, hair on the bed and sofa. Wasn't very homely and not as described.
Left without staying a night and went to the local hotel where I got 10/10 service every night.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were disappointed and felt the pod was not as described. Along with the list of features and equipment, we have several photographs on our website and booking platforms showing exactly what the pods are like inside. When you communicated with me shortly after your arrival about the presence of the spider I was out of the country and regrettably unable to assist you with the situation. We endeavour to ensure our pods are clear of insects and spiders; however, we cannot always prevent spiders from entering buildings in this country.We take cleanliness as a priority and our pods are cleaned to the highest standard of cleanliness and our other guest reviews support this.Please be assured we have listened to your feedback.

First time in a pod and can’t vault it from the welcome pack to the cleanliness.The space was unbelievable and the bed very comfy . The outside patio set is a bonus too as lovely to eat outside weather depending .
